Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
Welcome to TSAU Wildlife. By engaging our services, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
TSAU Wildlife is a professional taxidermy and mount artistry studio. For generations, our team has specialised in creating lifelike mounts and artistic displays that celebrate the beauty of each animal. Every piece is handled with integrity and skill.
2. Orders & Commissions
All work is undertaken on a commission basis. By submitting a specimen or placing an order, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the specimen and that it has been obtained in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. TSAU Wildlife reserves the right to refuse any commission at its discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Quotes are provided on a per-project basis and are subject to change depending on the complexity of work and materials required. A deposit may be required before work commences. Final payment is due upon completion and before collection or delivery of the finished piece.
4. Turnaround Times
Estimated completion times are provided as a guide only. Taxidermy is a highly skilled, time-intensive craft and timelines may vary. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
5. Collection & Storage
Clients are responsible for collecting their completed pieces within a reasonable time after notification. TSAU Wildlife cannot be held liable for items left uncollected for an extended period. Storage fees may apply after 30 days of notification of completion.
6. Liability
TSAU Wildlife takes every precaution to care for specimens and finished mounts. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or transport by the client. Our liability is limited to the value of the commission.
7. Legal Compliance
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all specimens comply with local, national, and international wildlife laws, including CITES regulations. TSAU Wildlife will not process any specimen suspected to have been obtained illegally.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
